                        FAQS

Booking your holiday is always exciting! Booking between 3 to 6 months out is the best approach and will help ensure the availability of your ideal accommodation and activities.

The annual whale migration season is between May to October so if you want to see a whale, we would suggest planning your visit within these months.

Of course! Be sure to check out our accommodation listings here to see what’s available.

Due to the very low numbers of Penguins on Granite Island, Penguin Tours are not currently running. If you are a keen nature lover, why not check out Big Duck Boat Tours for an educational tour of Victor Harbors sea life where you can see seals, dolphins, seabirds and whales. Soft Foot Alpaca Farm also offers farm tours around their stunning property in Hindmarsh Valley.

Victor Harbor has an abundance of activities for all ages and is a hub within the Fleurieu Peninsula. We recommend to stay at least three to four days to ensure you get to experience the must do activities (longer if you want a few lazy beach days) or why not, stay longer and use Victor Harbor as a base to explore the rest of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
