As the season turns toward the solstice, Jo Foley invites you to The Joyful Path for a deeply restorative sound bath — one hour of soothing vibration using gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and medicine drum.
No effort required. No experience needed. Just arrive, lie back, and let the sound do what sound does — quieting the mind, settling the body and creating space for something softer.
A single session to mark the deepening of winter and the return of the whales to our coast.
