With views from the deck, living area and two bedrooms to Jagger Lake (which attracts loads of bird life), this home will appeal to couples and families. It is comfortable, peaceful, quiet and relaxing: the perfect get away!

The reserve is less than 30 metres from the house, with the beach an 8 minute walk. A few minutes drive to the Beach House on Franklin Parade, and 5 minutes will get you to Victor Harbor.

The excellent Encounter Bay boat ramp is about 2 minutes drive.
