Then settle in for a rustic yet refined three-course feast crafted by Chef/Owner Christopher Zechmeister and his talented team.

Enjoy artisan bread, house-made piccalilli and dukkah, and succulent lamb on the spit served table-side, sourced from Cockatoo Creek Farm, paired with vibrant local veggies and condiments from 7 Virgin Farm. Finish on a sweet note with a tangy grapefruit curd meringue and rhubarb compote. Gluten-free options available.
