Schoolies Festival 2026
November 20 @ 7:00 pm - November 22 @ 11:00 pm ACDT
The Schoolies phenomenon in Australia marks the end of high school for graduating students, with late November hosting the iconic Schoolies Week.
While the Gold Coast remains a central hub for these celebrations, Victor Harbor has been the primary Schoolies destination in South Australia for more than 25 years. What began as a week-long celebration has evolved into a well-managed three-day ticketed event that prioritises safety and community welfare.
This year’s Schoolies Festival for South Australian school leavers will be held on Warland Reserve, nightly from 7pm to 1am Friday 20 and Saturday 21, 3pm to 11pm Sunday 22.
The festival offers a range of entertainment, activities and support services for school leavers in a controlled and supervised environment. Official wristbands assist in identifying legitimate Year 12 school leavers and provide access to festival activities and endorsed accommodation programs.
Encounter Youth coordinates the event in partnership with the City of Victor Harbor, Alexandrina Council and key emergency services and government agencies.
