Fleurieu Food Festival: The Lost Phoenix Comes to Nest & Nature

It’s a match made in regional heaven – Chef Will Doak of Lost Phoenix Farm has partnered with the team at Nest & Nature to deliver an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of the Inman Valley. Throughout August, guests staying at Nest & Nature’s luxury accommodation will enjoy a private three-course dinner crafted by Will Doak himself, inspired by the bold flavours of Lost Phoenix Farm.
Your evening begins with a guided walk across the breathtaking 240-acre property, followed by sundowners by the outdoor fire pit, and a chance to chat with Will as he prepares your meal in-suite. This exclusive experience is only available to guests who book one of the two luxury suites, with dinner available for groups of two or four.
Accommodation booking is essential to access this experience. Book for two or four, two suites available. Available daily, ideally two weeks’ notice required.
