Join us for a month and a half long celebration of our beautiful whales by immersing yourself in fun and thought-provoking activities.

Join Cedric Varcoe and Mark Koolmatrie in a beautiful Ramindjeri Welcoming of the Whales and smoking ceremony.
OPENING EVENT – Warland Reserve.

A free family friendly day filled with music, maritime talks, workshops, kids activities and the Artisan Markets.
NAIDOC MARCH
Wednesday 22 June 10:15am. Miwi-inyeri Pelepi-ambi Aboriginal Corporation are proud to present this years NAIDOC week celebrations. Gathering at Grosvenor Gardens at 10:15am to begin the march. Meet at Soldiers Memorial Gardens from 11am for further celebrations including smoking ceremony, welcome to country, BBQ, Flag raising, face painting and children’s activities.
