Water People 2025 Art Exhibition

This powerful exhibition, curated by Ngarrindjeri contemporary artist Amanda Westley, explores the deep and enduring relationship First Nations peoples have with water on Country. Featuring works from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists across Australia, the exhibition invites audiences to experience ancient stories and contemporary expressions of water’s cultural and spiritual significance.
Opening event: Saturday 7 June, 5:30 pm
Workshops: Throughout the exhibition with hands-on weaving, painting and storytelling activities.
Water People art exhibition runs from 6 June to 31 July at Coral Street Art Space.
